CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Branch called the May 7, 2014 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee to <br />order at 6:32 p.m. at the City Hall location. <br /> <br /> Roll Call – see above <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Amundsen <br />to set the agenda. Under UPDATES: adding #8., Movies in the Park. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES ~ NONE <br /> <br />IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> Motion made by Committee Member Branch, seconded by Committee Member Grahek to <br />approve the May 7, 2014 minutes with the following changes: III. APPEARANCES under <br />1. Delete the word “leases” and replace with: “uses with permission” and delete the words <br />“Board of Water” and replace with: “District”.
