Res. #14-0 .Z6*' <br /> A Resolution Designating Parking Restrictions on Centerville Road (CSAH 21) <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County has highways in the City of Centerville including <br /> Centerville Road, also known as County State Aid Highway(CSAH) 21, and <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka plans to reconstruct all or portions of such highways in the next two <br /> years, and <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County will be expending State Aid Funds on the improvement of <br /> Centerville Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, portions of Centerville road has posted speed limits up to 45 mph making <br /> on-street parking dangerous for vehicle traffic. <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka County has requested that certain portion of such highways be <br /> restricted for parking. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Centerville, <br /> Minnesota, that parking of motor vehicles shall be banned on the both sides of <br /> Centerville Road from Sorel Street to the southerly city limits, at all times. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of July, 2014. <br /> L-" <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> � -A-ttest: <br /> Teresa Bender, Clerk <br />
