CITY OF CENTERVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING & ZONING (Property Identification#: 15-31-22-43-0004 & 15-31-22-44-0001) 7265& 7281 Main Street NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville will consider application of Richard Defoe and Greg Johnson for subdivision of the aforementioned parcels into two reconfigured parcels of approximately two acres and five acres in size and further will consider an application for Planned Unit Development of the same property consisting of one parcel with a single family home and a larger parcel with an 80 unit senior housing cooperative. Interested persons may provide comments in writing to the address below, or present them in person at the hearing. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 2, 2014 commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The public hearing will be held in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038. The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign- language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m.. August 29, 2013. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard.
