CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING & ZONING <br /> (Property Identification#: 15-31-22-43-0004 & 15-31-22-44-0001) <br /> 7265& 7281 Main Street <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br /> Centerville will consider application of Richard Defoe and Greg Johnson for subdivision <br /> of the aforementioned parcels into two reconfigured parcels of approximately two acres <br /> and five acres in size and further will consider an application for Planned Unit <br /> Development of the same property consisting of one parcel with a single family home <br /> and a larger parcel with an 80 unit senior housing cooperative.
