City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting <br />June 25, 2014 <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber added Centerville Claims (Check #28765-28774) w/Voided Check #28740. <br /> <br />Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. June 11, 2014 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Mayor provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve the <br />minutes of the June 11, 2014 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville June 12, 2014 through June 25, 2014 Claims (Check #28737-28764) <br /> w/Voided Check #28720 & 28264 and (Check #28765-28774 w/Voided Check #28740 <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims through June 18, 2014 (Check #6451-6470) & Payroll <br /> (Check #6440-6450) <br />3. Centennial Police Department Claims through June 12, 2014 (Check #9935-9962) <br />4. After the Fact Encroachment Agreement – 6879 Mallard Way ~ Retaining Wall/Gravel <br /> Parking Area (Front Corner) 2.5’ in Drainage/Utility Easement <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members with an opportunity to remove any item that they <br />desired additional information on. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Anoka County Fire Protection Council Joint Powers Agreement <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser requested that this item be removed the agenda at this time, stating that the <br />Committee would be requesting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the new document. Council <br />questioned the costs associated with hiring a private attorney to formulate the agreement. <br />Attorney Glaser stated that the Fire Council has a minimal budget and once the agreement is <br />effective funds will be available. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
