The Administrator will forward copies to the <br />Commission members as the information is received. <br /> <br />The Commission questioned what might be intended for use of the lake. Mr. Johnson stated that <br />he would like to have a few boat slips available for the residents of the property. The Commission <br />asked that Mr. Johnson be prepared with more specifics for the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Koski, seconded by Commissioner Haiden to schedule a public <br />hearing for September 2, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., on the proposed Planned Unit Development and <br />subdivision for the Waterworks site. All present voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />The Commission discussed a proposal of B&R properties for a temporary building. The code <br />allows permits for temporary buildings in conjunction with construction of new or remodeled <br />buildings. B&R is planning to build in another community, but even so, the Commission did not <br />object to issuing a permit for a temporary building. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.It was noted that the regular meeting of July 1, 2014, was cancelled. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes of June 3, 2014. <br /> <br />Chairperson Mosher provided Commissioners with an opportunity to amend the presented <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Montain, seconded by Commissioner Koski to approve minutes <br />from the June 3, 2014, meeting as presented. All present voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Koski, seconded by Commissioner Wood to adjourn the meeting at <br />8:00 p.m. All in favor.
