This is a major undertaking and should be done following the <br /> guidance of an arborist. The trim of trees in Eagle park has been a continuing challenge <br /> for several years. Public Works summer hires have repeatedly tried to correct the <br /> problems in Eagle Park. An arborist services are need here as well. After discussion, <br /> the P&R Committee recommends that while determining the 2015 budget, the City <br /> Council should create a budget item for the maintenance of park trees. <br /> 4.
