Households that income qualify will be eligible to receive assistance to connect their <br /> individual unit to municipal water. Funds would pay for engineering, water access charge, permits, <br /> meters and construction installation on the individual units that income qualify. Assistance is not offered <br /> to all households in the target area, only those which income qualify through the City of Centerville.
