CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br />th <br />Centerville will consider a request from the City of Centerville to plat/split 6995 – 20 Avenue <br />South (PIN #R23-31-22-41-0052) to be divided into two (2) separate lots. The hearing is <br />scheduled for Monday, November 4, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the <br />meeting is to obtain public comment regarding the above request. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. October 31, 2014. All persons interested are <br />invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
