CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Commissioner <br />Wood. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br />2. <br />Newly appointed Commissioner, Nick Twohy was sworn in and welcomed to the <br />. <br />Commission <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES – None <br /> <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS – <br />Mr. Greg Johnson, Nottingham Construction/Hearth Development – <br />Redevelopment of 7281 & Portion of 7265 Main Street (Old Waterworks Site & <br />Parking Lot) Subdivision & Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> <br /> <br />Administrator Larson explained the purpose of the hearing and stated that the notice was <br />published and mailed to nearby property owners to encourage their input. <br /> <br />The applicant, Greg Johnson explained the project and provided several graphical <br />representations to show what is planned on the site. He gave examples of other projects <br />they have done in other communities. He gave the following websites as links to some of <br />their projects: www.coventryseniorliving.com and www.theshoresoflakephalen.com. <br /> <br />The meeting was opened to public comment, the following persons expressed their views <br />on the proposal: <br /> <br /> Cheryl and Jim Nesseth.
