<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, <br />that the City Council of the City of Centerville, <br />Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in Council Chamber of the City <br />of Centerville, 1880 Main Street, commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to <br />consider making the proposed Mill & Overlay Street Improvements as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Dupre Road from Meadow Lane north to Main Street <br /> <br />2.All of Eagle Trail <br /> <br />3.Brian Drive from a point approximately 100 feet south of Clearwater Creek, <br />southerly to its terminus in the cul-de-sac <br /> <br />4.All of Portage Way <br /> <br />5.All of North Robin Lane <br /> <br />6.All of West Robin Lane <br /> <br />7.All of South Robin Lane <br /> <br />8.All of Cardinal Drive <br /> <br />It is the intent of the City to assess the benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota State Statute §429.011 to 429.111. The <br />estimated cost of the improvements total $350,000.
