<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville will consider a request from Mr. & Mrs. Shane Krueger, Shane’s Auto, LCC to <br />th <br />obtain a Conditional Use Permit for outside storage at 7139 – 20 Avenue of 15-20 automobiles <br />(cars/light trucks) without license plates associated with providing services at his business. The <br />hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The <br />purpose of the meeting is to obtain public comment regarding the above request. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. November 30, 2014. All persons interested are <br />invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
