7087 20"Avenue <br /> 233122140004 <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> ANOKA COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> 1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br /> hereby grants approval of a conditional use permit for: <br /> Alex's Lawn and Turf, LLC to operate a landscaping business and subject the <br /> conditions of this permit. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the following described property: <br /> 7055 21st Avenue <br /> 3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) This permit anticipates owner will use the site in conformance with the site plan <br /> attached hereto and identified as Exhibit A. <br /> b) Applicant will pave with asphalt the front 60 feet of the lot for employee and <br /> visitor parking. <br /> c) Applicant will pave the balance of the site with clear, 3/ -1 '/2 inch angular lime <br /> rock (not crushed) to provide a dust free,but permeable surface. <br /> d) Applicant will fence the portion of the property back of the front line of the <br /> building with wood privacy fence, except that the easterly portion shall be six foot <br /> chain-link with privacy slats. <br /> e) Applicant shall provide a movable gate to allow access for the city, its employees <br /> and agents to access the water tower and related facilities. <br /> f) Applicant shall be permitted to have up to ten bins, installed on asphalt or <br /> concrete surface, with open storage of landscape materials in conformance with <br /> the site plan, Exhibit A. <br /> g) Fertilizers, salt and similar chemicals shall be stored only within the building, or <br /> on an asphalt or concrete paved surface and shall be covered with a roof or tarp, <br /> in compliance with City Code, when not in active use. Any spilled materials shall <br /> be promptly cleaned up and properly disposed of. <br />
