the Bond has been so executed and authenticated, it shall be delivered by the Clerk or Registrar <br /> to the Purchaser thereof upon payment of the purchase price, and the Purchaser shall not be <br /> obligated to see to the application of the purchase price. <br /> Section 8. Temporary Bonds. The City may elect to deliver, in lieu of printed <br /> definitive bonds, one or more typewritten temporary bonds in substantially the form set forth in <br /> Section 9, with such changes as may be necessary to reflect more than one maturity in a single <br /> temporary bond. Such temporary bonds may be executed with photocopied facsimile signatures <br /> of the Mayor and Clerk. Such temporary bonds shall, upon the printing of the definitive bonds <br /> and the execution thereof, be exchanged therefor and canceled. <br /> Section 9. Form of Bond. <br /> 9.01.
