A)Name and address of Buyer: City of Centerville <br /> 1880 Main Street <br /> Centerville,MN 55038 <br /> B) Name and address of Seller: Board of Water Commissioners <br /> of the City of Saint Paul <br /> 1900 Rice Street <br /> Saint Paul, Minnesota 55113-6810 <br /> 4. Agreed Sale Price: $7,500.00, <br /> being full payment for the purchase of the Property. <br /> 5. Conveyance: Seller shall convey marketable fee title to Buyer by Quit Claim Deed. <br /> 6. Closing shall occur within 90 days following execution of this Agreement on a date <br /> agreed to between the parties, at which time the title to the premises shall be conveyed to <br /> Buyer and the purchase price shall be paid to the Seller, in full, in cash. The parties may <br /> postpone and reschedule the closing date by mutual agreement. Buyer shall pay all <br /> closing costs. <br /> 7. All warranties and representations made in this Agreement shall survive the closing and <br /> the conveyance of title to the Property. This Agreement and all obligations provided <br /> shall, to the extent not fully satisfied and performed by or through the closing, survive the <br /> closing and the conveyance of title to the Property. <br /> 8.
