City of Centerville Council Meeting Minutes November 12,2014 V. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Delinquent Sewer, Water, & Garbage Services Associated with 3rd, 4th, Quarters of 2013 and 1st through 3rd billing cycles of 2014. Mayor Wilharber opened the public hearing at 7:00 p.m. No comments were received from the public. Motion by Council Member Fehenbacher, seconded by Council Member King to close the Public Hearing on Delinquent Sewer, Water & Garbage Services associated with 3rd & 4th quarter and 1st through 3rd billing cycle of 2014. All in favor. Motion passed. Public Hearing is adjourned at 7:03p.m. VI. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mayor Wilharber added Centerville Claims (Check #29090-29097), Voided Check #28740 and Manual Check #29098. Mayor Wilharber also stated that there were replacement pages for the Parks & Recreation Recommendations to approve No One Left Hungry 5K and 8K Run scheduled for September 19, 2015 subject to Anoka County permit approval, Centennial Lakes Police Department and Centennial Fire District. Under New Business Item #3, Schedule a Public Hearing on December 10, 2014 for the 2015 Mill & Overlay Projects, a., Res. #14-XXX - Receiving Report and Calling for Public Hearing. Added the On-Boarding Services provided by Brimeyer/Fursman in amount not to exceed $500 and a trail easement correction with Mr. Glaser providing additional information regarding the item. Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Fehenbacher to approve the Agenda. All in favor. Motion passed. VII. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. October 22, 2014 City Council Meeting Minutes Motion by Council Member Fehenbacher, seconded by Council Member King to approve the minutes of the October 22, 2014 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. VIII. CONSENT AGENDA 1.
