City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> November 12,2014 <br /> Attorney Glaser stated that this item is in regards to the 6995 — 20th Avenue South Plat <br /> and that upon completion of the engineering work it was discovered that the description <br /> of the existing trail easement was incorrect. Attorney Glaser stated that two (2) <br /> documents have been provided to Council with one (1) being for vacating the incorrect <br /> legal description and the second correcting the legal description. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br /> the vacation of the permanent public easement and the granting of the permanent <br /> public easement as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> X. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATE <br /> Administrator Ericson thanked Council for allowing Mr. Larson to continue employment <br /> throughout the end of the year stating that it has been extremely beneficial for him. <br /> Mayor Wilharber noted that Administrator Ericson has joined the Area Chamber of <br /> Commerce and attended his first police commission meeting. <br /> Attorney Glaser has met with Administrator Ericson and Dallas Larson. Administrator <br /> Ericson also met with Engineer Statz, Co-Engineer Mann and Staff except for the Public <br /> Work Director who has been on vacation. <br /> Council Member Fehrenbacher reported that at the Police Governing Board discussion <br /> ensued regarding the towing contract, laptop security/firewall software updates and <br /> additional towing service provider Twin Cities Transport. <br /> Mayor Wilharber suggested that Council commence reviewing their Goals and <br /> Objections from last year and Council Member Paar confirmed that Council's regularly <br /> scheduled meetings of November 26, 2014 and December 24, 2014 had been cancelled. <br /> Mayor Wilharber concurred. <br /> XI. ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br /> adjourn the regularly scheduled meeting of November 12, 2014 at 7:45 p.m. All in <br /> favor.
