CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION#14-00`2& <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY TO <br /> SHUDA PROPERTIES, LLC. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Centerville desires to sell real property legally described as Lot 1, Block <br /> 1, Tower Addition, Anoka County; hereinafter referred to as the Subject Property. <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to sell the Subject Property to Shuda Properties, L.L.C., a <br /> Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation; hereinafter referred to as the Buyer. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville requires conveyance of an easement from the Buyer to <br /> access its water tower located on Lot 2, Block 1, Tower Addition, Anoka County. Attached as <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> WHEREAS, the sale of the Subject Property is consistent with the goals of the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> WHEREAS, the City entered into a purchase agreement with the Buyer (doing business as Alex <br /> J. Shuda) on October 14, 2014, for the sale of the Subject Property. Attached as Exhibit B. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND KNOWN TO ALL, that the City of <br /> Centerville, DOES SELL AND CONVEY OWNERSHIP of the Subject Property to the Buyer <br /> consistent with the teens of the Purchase Agreement and subject to conveyance of the attached <br /> easement to the City. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 29th day of December, 2014. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Atte t: s <br /> City <br /> - 1 - <br />
