At <br /> that time, the adjustment will be made as noted in the Contract at a rate of the CPI or 3%, <br /> whichever is less. The CPI has been averaging between 1.6% - 1.8%. <br /> Just a reminder about our conversation last year about a possible disposal increase in July. <br /> The contract from 2003 allows for disposal increases under D. Payment Method 1. <br /> Collection Service. The contract appears to have had a 2-year option, then in 2013 it <br /> appears an addendum was done. The only things that change in an addendum are those <br /> items that are mentioned. If you remember, we did not do the disposal increase last year <br /> because you were not aware of it. <br /> In our contract with the disposal site, they have the ability to raise our rates.
