City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> December 29,2014 <br /> 1. Res. #14-040 — Authorizing Conveying/Selling Solely Owned Municipal Property (7087 <br /> —20th Avenue South—PIN#R23-31-22-14-0076, Lot 1, Block 1, Tower Addition) to Mr. <br /> Alex Shuda of Alex's Turf/Landscaping <br /> City Administrator Ericson stated that Mr. Shuda desired to close on the purchase of the property <br /> prior to year's end and that the city attorney advised staff that attached resolution would allow <br /> the city to formally sell the land and building to Mr. Shuda. The city attorney noted that Mr. <br /> Shuda is willing to grant the City a permanent easement of 30' southerly of the eastern boundary <br /> of Lot 1 to the eastern boundary of Lot 2, Tower Addition for water tower access and <br /> maintenance as per the agreement included in the packet. Lou Suski addressed the council and <br /> answered questions. <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar, to Adopt <br /> Res. #14-040 — Authorizing Conveyinp-/SeWm Solely Owned Municipal Property (7087 — <br /> 20t Avenue South—PIN #R23-31-22-14-0076, Lot 1, Block 1, Tower Addition) to Mr. Alex <br /> Shuda of Alex's Turf/LandscaWng as presented.
