The amendment along the Standard Operating <br /> Procedures are now completed. Staff recommends Council's approval of Ord. ##, Second Series <br /> — Amending City Code Chapter 157, Stormwater Management & approval of the City of <br /> Centerville's Standard Operating Procedures. <br /> 4. Anoka County Res.#2014-144—2014 Classification of Non-Conservation <br /> Property for Land Sale Purposes&Consideration of Purchasing Outlot A <br /> Pheasant Marsh 2nd Addition (PIN#R23-31-22-34-0056) <br /> On an annual basis the County seeks each municipality's approval of their determination to <br /> classify tax forfeit lands within its community and provide the community with a first right to <br /> purchase said property upon proper submission of documentation requesting that the County <br /> place the parcel on hold from sale for a period of six months. It is anticipated that the City <br /> would have the ability to complete a purchase transaction within this timeframe. The parcel in <br /> question is approximately 50' wide by 384' long. Staff recommends that Council approve <br /> Anoka County Res. #2014-144— 2014 Classification of Non-Conservation Property for Land Sale <br /> Purposes as submitted and entertain discussion regarding placing the parcel on hold from sale <br /> by the County for six months. <br /> S. Discussion Regarding Economic Development Authority/Committee <br /> It appears that the City operated under an Economic Development Committee form for <br /> numerous years and in October, 2006 the Committee and Council decided that it would be in its <br /> 2 <br />
