Love <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mike Ericson -- --� <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Finance Director Ellen Paulseth <br /> Building Official/Public Works Director Paul Palzer <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PUBLIC INPUT ON 2015 Budget& Tax Levies (TNT Hearing) <br /> Mayor Wilharber opened the Truth in Taxation Hearing and due to technical difficulty the Mayor <br /> proceeded with Item #111 and Item#V. Item IV after the Truth in Taxation Hearing. <br /> III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> IV. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> V. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 1. 2015 Street Mill & Overlay Project <br /> Mayor Wilharber opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br /> CityEngineer Statz stated this is the first of two required public hearings that will take place for <br /> the 2015 Mill & Overlay Improvement Project. Engineer Statz explained that this project is <br /> similar to last years' project where this type of work replaces routine seal coating, adds life <br /> expectancy to the roadway exceeding seal coating, costs slightly more, the City previously <br /> assessed individual property owners $500 with last year's project, mill and overlay the entire <br /> 4 <br />
