STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION#15-0.,Q1 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO PERSONNEL POLICY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on December 10, 2014, approved a labor agreement <br /> with Union Local 49 employees, including participation in a Health Care Savings Plan, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to maintain pay equity between various city employees, the City <br /> Council intends to modify its Health Care Savings Plan for non-union employees. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE,ANOKA COUNTY,MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The personnel policy shall be amended to include the revised Appendix A, Health <br /> Care Savings Plan for Unrepresented Employees, dated 1-14-2015, attached <br /> hereto, which is hereby approved and shall be substituted for the existing <br /> Appendix A, dated 12-9-2009. <br /> 2. The Personnel Policy Appendix A-1, Health Care Savings Plan for Local 49 <br /> Represented Employees attached hereto is hereby approved. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 14`h day of January, 2015. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
