City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> January 14,2015 <br /> City Engineer Statz stated that he and staff had be meeting with Anoka County regarding the <br /> remaining construction slated for CSAH21 in the spring, change orders regarding the St. Paul <br /> Regional waterline, plan modifications and would report back to Council on the meeting. <br /> Engineer Statz stated that once items are in place and prior to construction, he would be <br /> requesting that the County Highway Department come before them. <br /> Council Member King questioned the potential for change orders and what they would be <br /> associated with. Engineer Statz stated that there are possible problems with the existing culvert <br /> and waterline. Engineer Statz stated that the construction of the culvert could wait due to the <br /> downtown redevelopment delay but costs of the delay would need to be taken into consideration <br /> along with the White Bear Lake Water Level litigation and ramifications. <br /> Legal Counsel Glaser thanked Council for reappointing him as City's Legal Counsel and for the <br /> opportunity to represent them for the past ten (10) years. <br /> Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Love to Adjourn the Regularly <br /> Scheduled Council Meeting of January 14, 2015 at 7:52 p.m. All in favor.
