Maintain active relationships with all businesses in Centerville <br /> allowing for open input of economic conditions,available <br /> City resources,future plans(i.e.,expansion/relocation). <br /> b. Collaberate with Quad Area Chamber of Commerce, <br /> neighboring communities and businesses,Anoka County,etc. <br /> assisting in increased knowledge of projects affecting <br /> Centerville,its businesses and future businesses. <br /> c. Maintain active involvement in educational resources <br /> aiding in use of financial tools(i.e.TIF,grants,etc.). <br /> d Maintain database of available stock of commercial/industrial <br /> properties(MNPro,MetroMSP&other venues),assist <br /> potential suitors with inquiries,market when opportunities <br /> arrise. <br /> e. Activate marketing Centerville's attributes(lakes,small town <br /> feel,transportation/easy access,internet/broadband availability, <br /> etc.) <br /> * EDA/EDC,formation of business association,secure outside <br /> assistance when needed,organize business events/showcases, <br /> etc. <br /> f. Review and update downtown redevelopment plan. <br /> 2 Infrastructure <br /> a. CSAH21-Work w/County and residents to provide coheisve <br /> services reconstruction(financial and progress updates). <br /> b. Pavement management-continued funding and review. <br /> c Ensure existing systems(water,sewer,storm sewer,etc.) <br /> are in good working order and can be sustained through fees. <br /> d. Continue grant submissions for assistance with additional <br /> municipal connection <br /> e. Ensure Storm Water Management policies and procedures. <br /> 3 Public Safety <br /> a.
