Planning & Zoning Recommendation, Findings & Decision ~ Conditional Use Permit, <br />th <br /> 7087 – 20 Avenue South (Alex’s Turf) <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission met to consider a <br />th <br />Conditional Use Permit for Alex’s Turf located at 7087 – 20 Avenue South, former <br />Public Works site. Mr. Alex Shuda was present at the meeting and understood the <br />requirements of the Conditional Use Permit if granted. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br />Planning & Zoning Recommendation, Findings & Decision ~ Conditional Use <br />th <br />Permit, 7087 – 20 Avenue South as Submitted. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Planning & Zoning Recommendation, Findings & Decision ~ Conditional Use Permit, <br />th <br />7139 – 20 Avenue North (Shane’s Auto) <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that Planning and Zoning Commission met to consider a <br />th <br />Conditional Use Permit for Shane’s Auto located at 7139 – 20 Avenue South. Mr. <br />Shane Krueger was present at the meeting and understood the requirements of the <br />Conditional Use Permit if granted. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to <br />approve Planning & Zoning Recommendation, Findings & Decision ~ Conditional <br />th <br />Use Permit, 7139 – 20 Avenue South as Submitted. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber requested that Council Continue New Business Items <br /> <br /> <br />3.Mr. George Eilertson, Northland Securities Bond Sale <br /> <br />Mr. Eilertson stated that four (4) bids had been received this morning with United <br />Bankers Bank, Bloomington, MN being the lowest bidder, the bond amount would be <br />$1,385,000. Mr. Eilertson also stated that interest rates and associated underwriting <br />expenses are lower than previously discussed allowing for a decrease in the anticipated <br />bond amount of $1,390,000 and with decreasing the amount of that savings ($5,000) the <br />City ultimately saved approximately $14,000 in interest alone. Mr. Eilertson also stated <br />that it was in the Council’s best interest to restructure its General Obligation Bond 2009B <br />Series with replacement. <br /> <br />Page 5 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
