Love <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mike Ericson <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> OATH OF OFFICE <br /> Administrator Ericson administered the oath of office to Mayor Wilharber in Administrative <br /> Offices on January 27, 2015 at approximately 10:47 a.m. <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 1. None. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Wilharber added Old Business, #4. Engineer Update on CSAH21, Check #29307-29314 <br /> and removed V. Award of Bid from the agenda stating that the item would be discussed at the <br /> next regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Kine to approve the <br /> Agenda with the above stated amendments. All in favor. Motion passed. <br />
