Maintain active relationships with all businesses in Centerville <br /> allowing for open input of economic conditions, available <br /> City resources, future plans (i.e., expansion/relocation) <br /> b. Collaberate with Quad Area Chamber of Commerce, <br /> neighboring communities, Anoka County, etc. to assist in <br /> increased knowledge of projects affecting city <br /> c. Maintain database of stock of commercial/industrial <br /> properties (MNPro, MetroMSP, DEED &Greater MSP) <br /> for potential suitors and market with real estate brokers <br /> d. Utilize financial advisor,bond counsel, DEED, Met. Council <br /> and all economic development tools (TIF, tax abatement, grants,) <br /> to attract new business to Centerville <br /> e. Review use of EDA to promote Centerville's attributes (lakes, <br /> small town feel, transportation/easy access, internet/broadband <br /> availability, etc.) <br /> f. Review and update downtown redevelopment plan <br /> 2 Infrastructure <br /> a. CSAH21 - Work w/County and residents to complete successful <br /> reconstruction(financial and progress updates) <br /> ib. Pavement management - continued funding and review <br /> c. Ensure existing systems (water, sewer, storm sewer, snow plowing <br /> policy/route) are in order and can be sustained through fees <br /> d.
