(2) Commercial'industrial districts. Storage of products, materials and equipment, excluding <br /> rubbish or junk, which is necessary to an approved business operation in a commercial or <br /> industrial district, and which is completely screened from adjoining properties and rights-of-way. <br /> The site plan review process is required to determine the appropriateness for storage permitted in <br /> the section, surfacing required for the storage area and the screening required. <br /> §§ 156.145 THROUGH 156.154 RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE. <br /> § 156.155 WOODLANDS PRESERVATION. <br /> In residential areas, structures shall be located in a manner that the maximum number of woodlands <br /> shall be preserved. If large numbers of trees are cut in residential areas, trees shall be replanted in a density and <br /> manner satisfactory to the City Council. Clear cutting of woodlands for nonagricultural purposes is prohibited, <br /> unless the action involves a utility or roadway, required by the public, and includes a reforestation plan required <br /> by the City Council. <br /> §§ 156.156 THROUGH 156.165 RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE. <br /> § 156.166 PARKING REQUIREMENTS. <br /> (A)Requirements in general. The following table illustrates the minimum number of parking spaces <br /> required for various uses permitted in the city.
