The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson <br /> Mosher. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> I1. APPEARANCES—None <br /> 111. PUBLIC HEARINGS— <br /> 1. Request for Conditional Use Permit—7087 201h Avenue,Alex's Landscaping. <br /> The applicant Alex Shuda, was present. The meeting was opened to public comment, no <br /> one was present to speak with regard to the request. <br /> After everyone who wished to do so was given an opportunity to speak in regard to <br /> the project, a motion was made by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Koski to close the public hearing. All present voted in favor. The motion was declared <br /> passed. <br /> 2. Request for Conditional Use Permit—7139 20th Avenue, Shane's Auto <br /> The applicant, Shane Krueger was present for the hearing.
