<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville will consider a request from the City of Centerville for Conditional Use Permit for <br />th <br />6995 – 20 Avenue South to operate an HVAC company out of the existing premises <br />(Mechanical Air Systems, Inc.). The property is zoned B-1 Commercial and the proposed use is <br />similar to uses allowed in that zoning district but not specifically outlined as a permitted use. <br />The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The <br />purpose of the meeting is to obtain public comment regarding the above request. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA handicapped accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. April 3, 2015. All persons interested are <br />invited to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
