SECOND AMENDMENT <br /> TO REAL PROPERTY <br /> PURCHASE AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 17, 2015 <br /> AND AMENDED ON FEBRUARY 19,2015 <br /> REGARDING PROPERTY IN CENTERVILLE MINNESOTA <br /> This Amendment is dated February 25,2015 <br /> By signatures below,the Parties reaffirm the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement effective <br /> February 17,2015;said Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by restating in part the Purchase <br /> Agreement as follows: <br /> Buyer and Seller agree to the following: <br /> 1. Seller to supply the City with a copy of the Purchase Agreement,First Amendment and Second <br /> Amendment. <br /> 2. Seller to have Land Title (closing company)to supply the city with a copy of the closing <br /> documents/HUD-1 at least 24 hours before closing so we can see the City is included on the <br /> form and ready for our payout. <br /> 3. The Parties agree to satisfy the City's Note from the Seller's proceeds at Closing. <br /> Save and except for the changes set out in this Second Amendment,all other terms and <br /> conditions of the Purchase Agreement executed and effective February 25,2015,shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> The Second Amendment may 6e executed in counterparts all of which together shall constitute <br /> one and the same agreement.
