City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 11, 2015 <br />the Finance Director regarding budget and funding of this project prior to Council’s <br />consideration. Engineer Statz suggested that the Finance Director attend the next meeting to <br />discuss this item. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that the City had received an email from Mr. Mike Steigauf, 7077 Eagle <br />Trail, regarding the completed condition of the roadways that received mill and overlay last year, <br />extremely high property taxes and concern that the property taxes do not pay for roadway <br />maintenance. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber questioned whether the City had ever worked with Valley Paving, Inc. in the <br />past and Engineer Statz stated that he did not believe so but felt that they were a reputable firm. <br />Council Member King questioned the addendums and Engineer Statz stated that often times <br />clarifications to particular items are made and they are the addendums. <br /> <br />VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. January 28, 2015 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented <br />minutes. Replacement page added date and closed session minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love, to approve the <br />minutes of the January 28, 2015 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville January 29, 2015 through February 11, 2015 Claims (Check #29315- <br />29331) & (Check #29332-29341) w/Voided Check #29329 & 29334 <br /> <br />2.Centennial Police Department Claims through January 23, 2015 (Check #10241-10257) <br /> <br />3.Successful Performance Review, Mr. Dan Schmitz/Building Inspection/Maintenance <br />Technician <br />4. Agreement for Local Assessor Services by & Between the City of Centerville & Kenneth <br />A. Tolzmann, SAMA (February 27, 2015 – February 27, 2019 Services) <br />5. League of Minnesota Cities insurance Trust ~ Liability Coverage – Waiver Form (Tort <br />Liability) <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members an opportunity to pull items from the Consent <br />Agenda for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Council Member Fehrenbacher requested that Item #4 be pulled for additional discussion <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the Consent Agenda Items #1, 2, 3 & 5 as presented. All in favor.
