TO: Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> FROM: Staff <br /> SUBJECT: Purchase of Property—St. Paul Regional Water(Abutting Trailside Park) & Requesting <br /> Flyer Posting at Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park, Wargo Nature Center& <br /> Chomonix Golf Course <br /> DATE: March 30, 2015 <br /> The City issued a check in the amount of $7,500 for the purchase of the property that abuts Trailside <br /> Park last week, the purchase agreement needs to be picked up by the Board and recorded. This City will <br /> be receiving an additional $2,500 in September for their agreed upon assistance in this matter. <br /> Staff has not connected Mr. John VonDeLinde or Mr. Andy Soltvedt at this time due to their requested <br /> approval of the flyers/posters and their posting of the items. Please see attached previous emails. <br />
