Motion by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Seeley to appoint Jon Grahek as Chair and Committee Member Wae2he as <br /> Vice-Chair. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 2. Music in the Park <br /> There was general discussion and recap of the performers scheduled for this <br /> years' music in the park. It was stated that all contracts had been forwarded for <br /> musicians' signatures with one have been returned already. <br /> 3. Park Dedication Fees <br /> The Committee received a memorandum from Staff discussing allocation of <br /> $15,000 per Council's budget along with Council's 2015 Focus Goals and <br /> Ongoing Priorities. <br /> In the same memorandum, Staff explained the subdivision of 7087—20th Avenue <br /> South and securities for park dedication fees ($3,806) associated with the <br /> subdivision of 6995 —201h Avenue South. <br /> 4. Financials <br /> The Committee received a memorandum from Staff regarding the undergoing of <br /> the 2014 audit and no data was provided. <br /> VL UPDATES <br /> 1. Council Updates —Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member King reported that Council had discussed the $15,000 that was <br /> budgeted, Council's intensions and briefly discussed park dedication fees with the <br /> Committee. <br /> 2. Music in the Park <br /> This was a duplicate items as it was added earlier in the meeting under Item #2 <br /> under Committee Business. <br /> 3. Basketball Hoops <br /> Public Works Director Palzer reported that the order for the hoops had been <br /> placed and will be installed as time permits this year. <br /> 4.
