Love <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> ABSENT: None. ` <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mike Ericson - <br /> Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser <br /> Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Finance Director Ellen Paulseth <br /> Public Works Maintenance Technician Tedd Peterson <br /> L CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATION <br /> I. Commissioner Rhonda Sivarajah <br /> a. Legislative Update <br /> b. I-35/Trunk Highway 97 & CSAH 32 Ramps <br /> Anoka County Commissioner Sivarajah introduced herself to Council and stated that she was <br /> here to provide Council with an and update on what has been happening within the County. <br /> Commissioner Sivarajah stated that she was aware of the City's opposition to the White Bear <br /> Lake Lawsuit Settlement, stated that five (5) suburban counties are participating in discussions <br /> for items for Metropolitan Council and issues that they will pursue in the future. <br /> Commissioner Sivarajah stated that the County would like the City's support regarding the entire <br /> reconstruction of bridge located at the intersection of 1-35/Trunk 97, explaining that the existing <br /> bridge is in major disrepair, deficient in size and is a public safety hazard. Commissioner <br /> Sivarajah stated that the County/MN Dot is requesting Federal funding in the amount of 25 <br /> 1 <br />
