CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br /> Centerville will consider a request from the City of Centerville for Conditional Use Permit for <br /> 6995 — 201h Avenue South to operate an HVAC company out of the existing premises <br /> (Mechanical Air Systems, Inc.). The property is zoned B-1 Commercial and the proposed use is <br /> similar to uses allowed in that zoning district but not specifically outlined as a permitted use. <br /> The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The <br /> purpose of the meeting is to obtain public comment regarding the above request. <br /> The City Hall is ADA handicapped accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br /> language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. April 3, 2015.
