Copies will also be distributed to each <br /> Bidder once the Project has been awarded. <br /> There were a total of 7 Bids. The following summarizes the results of the Bids received: <br /> Contractor Total Base Bid <br /> Low Valley Paving, Inc. $503,900.50 <br /> #2 North Valley, Inc. $510,324.39 <br /> #3 Knife River Corp.- No. Central $514,505.50 <br /> #4 Hardrives, Inc. $515,774.90 <br /> #5 Midwest Asphalt Corporation $583,959.00 <br /> #6 Park Construction Company $595,517.75 <br /> #7 Omann Brothers Paving, Inc. $603,700.75 <br /> The low Bidder on the Project was Valley Paving, Inc.with a Total Base Bid Amount of$503,900.50. <br /> The city Finance Director will be on hand at the next city council meeting to discuss how these <br /> bids work within the ongoing pavement management program. These Bids have been reviewed <br /> and found to be in order. <br /> If the City Council wishes to award the Project to the low Bidder, then Valley Paving, Inc.should <br /> be awarded the Project on the Total Base Bid Amount of$503,900.50.
