Motion by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member <br />Seeley to appoint Jon Grahek as Chair and Committee Member Waeghe as <br />Vice-Chair. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Music in the Park <br /> <br />There was general discussion and recap of the performers scheduled for this <br />years’ music in the park. It was stated that all contracts had been forwarded for <br />musicians’ signatures with one have been returned already. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Park Dedication Fees <br /> <br />The Committee received a memorandum from Staff discussing allocation of <br />$15,000 per Council’s budget along with Council’s 2015 Focus Goals and <br />Ongoing Priorities. <br /> <br />th <br />In the same memorandum, Staff explained the subdivision of 7087 – 20 Avenue <br />South and securities for park dedication fees ($3,806) associated with the <br />th <br />subdivision of 6995 – 20 Avenue South. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Financials <br /> <br />The Committee received a memorandum from Staff regarding the undergoing of <br />the 2014 audit and no data was provided. <br /> <br />VI. UPDATES <br /> <br /> <br />1.Council Updates – Council Member Steve King <br /> <br />Council Member King reported that Council had discussed the $15,000 that was <br />budgeted, Council’s intensions and briefly discussed park dedication fees with the <br />Committee. <br /> <br />2. Music in the Park <br /> <br />This was a duplicate items as it was added earlier in the meeting under Item #2 <br />under Committee Business. <br /> <br />3. Basketball Hoops <br /> <br />Public Works Director Palzer reported that the order for the hoops had been <br />placed and will be installed as time permits this year. <br /> <br />4.
