STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION#15-0 /,� <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WARRANTY DEED CONVEYING <br /> PARCEL(S) 1, 2, 3, 12A, 12B, 12C AND A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR <br /> DRAINAGE, UTILITY, SLOPING, SNOW STORAGE AND STORM SEWER <br /> PURPOSES OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS PARCEL(S) 12PE-1, 12PE-2 AND <br /> 12PE-3, ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY, PLAT NO 89, <br /> ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD <br /> IN THE OFFICE OF THE ANOKA COUNTY RECORDER AND REGISTRAR <br /> OF TITLES <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on April 22, 2015, met, discussed and reviewed the <br /> presented Warranty and Quit Claim Deed(s) attached hereto and made a part of this <br /> document, and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff and Legal Counsel have both reviewed said documents, and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1.
