Chamberlain and I,with the help of Bryan Bear, have been successful in getting our 6-city <br /> water bill attached to the Environment and Natural Resources bill -- and with it has come a relinquishing by Met <br /> Council of the requirement that your new comp plan has to meet the Master Water Supply Plan provisions.
