Charles Reinhardt will wait till <br /> either one of the below events happen. <br /> • Sandy or Bud become deceased. <br /> or <br /> • Ice becomes deceased. <br /> Example: Sandy currently 9 yrs old dies.Nothing Changes. <br /> Then a few years after that either Ice or Bud die then the fence can go up. <br /> This will be used in the future fence permits as permission to do the above. <br /> This way both Parties above can utilize their land and no party is penalized with a <br /> Property line set back. <br /> This agreement must go into both owners property files at Centerville MN City Hall. <br /> Charles Reinhardt <br /> Matthew &Alexandra Rivard <br /> 52 <br />
