CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> Res.#15-_4W <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING UNSPENT BUDGET AND EXCESS REVENUE <br /> FROM 2014 TO CURRENT YEAR BUDGET 2015 PARKS &RECREATION <br /> (REVENUE 45201 &45202,EXPENDITURES 45200 &45201 FUNDS) <br /> WHEREAS,the Parks&Recreation Committee was presented with an end of year financial <br /> accounting of unspent budget and excess revenue line items totally an excess of$8,471.76 at <br /> their May 6, 2015 regularly scheduled meeting as per attached to this document; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Committee desires to provide the community with additional amenities at local <br /> parks while maintaining a minimal budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Committee requests that the City Council of the City of Centerville consider <br /> authorizing these unspent budget/excess revenue totally$8,471.76 to be allocated to their current <br /> year budget for 2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville met on the 13'h day of May to consider <br /> the Parks &Recreation Committee's request; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA that $8,471.76 of the Parks & Recreation Committee's <br /> unspent budget/excess revenue for 2014 be transferred to the current year budget 2015 for Parks <br /> &Recreation expenditures. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 13th day of May, 2015. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
