ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT ("Agreement") was made this 18th day of May, 2015 by and between the CITY <br /> OF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and Lori Pederson <br /> ("Landowner"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Landowner owns in fee as tenant the real property situated in Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota, legally described as follows("Subject Property"): <br /> 7387 Old Mill Road Lot 1,Block 1, Clearwater Creek <br /> PIN#R14-31-22-31-0053 Estates, Subj to Ease of Rec <br /> B. Landowner desires to locate a shed entirely within the right-of-way/drainage and <br /> utility easement(s) in their rear yard easement. Landowner seeks permission from the City to <br /> encroach in the City's right-of-way/drainage and utility easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL COVENANTS, <br /> THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
