PUBLIC HEARING(S) -None <br /> Chair Mosher requested the addition of Amendment to Conditional Use Permit for 6995 — 20th <br /> Avenue South be placed under Old Business, Item #2. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Koski, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to add the above stated <br /> item as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Metropolitan Council Draft Water Resources Policy Plan—Review & Comment <br /> The commission briefly discussed the item and will continue to review the plan. <br /> 2. Amend Conditional Use Permit 6995—20th Avenue South, Mechanical Air Systems, <br /> Inc. <br /> Administrator Ericson explained that language was contained in the original Conditional Use <br /> Permit "3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: a) This <br /> Conditional Use Permit is not authorized until and unless the Plat for Center Villa Second <br /> Addition is properly recorded with Anoka County by April 25, 2015) and due to the delay in <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
