COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RES.#15-0 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO AFFIX THEIR SIGNATURES UPON <br /> THE APPROVED PLAT(MYLAR)FOR THE CENTER VILLA SECOND ADDITION FOR <br /> RECORDING WITH THE ANOKA COUNTY RECORDERS OFFICE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> WHEREAS,the Centerville City Council met on November 12, 2014 and approved the final plat for the Center <br /> Villa Second Addition as attached hereto and made a part of this document, and <br /> WHEREAS,the time period allotted by the City Code for recording expired, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on February 25, 2015 reaffirmed their previous action and approval of the <br /> final plat for the Center Villa Second Addition as attached hereto and made a part of this document without <br /> revision(s), and <br /> WHEREAS,the time period allotted by the City Code for recording expired, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on June 10, 2015 again reaffirmed their previous actions and approvals <br /> the final plat for the Center Villa Second Addition as attached hereto and made a part of this document witt <br /> revision(s), and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br /> MINNESOTA directed and authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to sign and forward the Warranty Deed and <br /> Quit Claim Deed for the above stated parcels as presented for recording with Anoka County. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Centerville this 10th day of June, 2015. <br /> Mayor, Tom Wilharber <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br /> 16 <br />
