City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 22, 2015 <br />and the activeness of local leaders requesting that things be stalled until research is completed <br />rather than attempting to fix a problem that may not exist or be effective. <br /> <br />Council Member Love reported that the Centennial Fire District Steering Committee was <br />cancelled due to lack of quorum. Council Member Love questioned staff regarding the sale of <br />the property along Main Street (7261 Main Street) and status of the purchase agreement. Legal <br />Counsel Glaser stated that Mr. Magdik has been contacted, has paid all appropriate fees to this <br />point and the property is slated to be closed on June 14, 2015 barring any unforeseen issues. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber gave a brief update on the Centerville Road project stating that utility poles <br />had recently been relocated, storm sewer/culvert replacement had been completed and barring <br />any severe weather the project should continue without delay. Both the Mayor of Circle Pines <br />and Commissioner Sivarajah attended the Centerville Lions’ Cadillac Dinner and he thanked <br />them for their attendance. <br /> <br />X.
