<br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION - EDA & CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />– PURCHASE AGREEMENT/PENDING LITIGATION <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24, 2015 <br />FOLLOWING THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED COUNCIL MEETING OF 6:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, <br />that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />meet on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at their regularly scheduled Council Meeting at 6:30 <br />p.m. or shortly thereafter. The Executive Session & Closed Executive Session will <br />commence immediately following the regularly scheduled Council Meeting. Council <br />will be discussing EDA duties/responsibilities, purchase agreement and litigation. The <br />meeting will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />The Executive Session will be open to the public; however, the Closed Executive Session <br />will be closed.
