§90.98. PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. <br /> Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, with two <br /> exceptions: <br /> (A)License violations shall be charged as a petty misdemeanor if the violator has no similar offenses in the <br /> preceding three months. <br /> (B)Provisions of this chapter governing potential dangerous animals and dangerous animals shall be guilty <br /> of a misdemeanor unless otherwise specified as a gross misdemeanor under State law. <br /> §90.99.
