without impairing the legal effect of the signatures thereon and thereafter attached to another <br /> counterpart identical thereto except having attached to it additional signature pages. <br /> 25. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or void, such <br /> provision shall be deemed to be severable and shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining <br /> terms of this Agreement. <br /> 26. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed as to both validity and performance <br /> and enforced in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> 27. Acceptance.
