Mike, Official Request: North Memorial Ambulance Lake Region is providing coverage in Hugo starting July 30, 2015. We will be housing an ambulance at the Hugo Fire Department from 0800-2000 seven days a week. This ambulance will be included in our status management plan to provide optimal coverage for the primary service area. During this time we will be posting to the Centerville area at times when our other ambulances are on emergency responses. After 2000 we will shift the Hugo Ambulance to the Centerville area until 0800 the next morning. North Ambulance is requesting that we be given the opportunity to park our ambulance at the Centennial Fire Department in Centerville during these posting times. We are also requesting that we have the opportunity to let our crews have access to the day room located in the Fire Department so they do not have to sit in the ambulance during the posting times throughout the day and night. We are currently looking at this to be temporary, until approximately December of 2015.
